I'm in Nagoya alone and I think this is the best tasting food. No seafood or pork bone soup. It was a masterpiece with the deepest flavor. I feel that it also depends on the ingredients. As for the complimentary rice service, the menu matches the restaurant's seasoning and soup stock perfectly, so you can eat deliciously without getting bored! It's a shame that it's only open during the day on weekdays. . I found a very good ramen shop. The overall atmosphere of the store is good, but the song selection is naughty (lol).I understand that it's the store's taste, but I wonder if it would be better to use some songs that are a little more calming for the atmosphere. lol Not bad!

This is the first time I've come to the store after seeing it on the street. It is a seafood pork bone with a thick tonkotsu soup and dried sardines. It is very delicious because it uses boiled sardines with a rich umami flavor that is neither acrid nor fishy.
