Takahama, Aichi, Japan｜TAMAYURA Takahama shop

I went to Tamayura in Takahama. This time, I ordered the salt ramen ``Bamboo Smoked Noodles'' (1000 yen including tax) and ``Daikon Gyoza'' (500 yen including tax). The clear salt ramen was light, had no unpleasant taste, and was delicious! Also, the radish gyoza had a really new texture, and I was glad that I could enjoy the light flavor of radish in a gyoza style! The shop had a calm atmosphere and I was able to spend a relaxing time there. I would like to go again when I'm nearby.

I ordered cold tsukemen. The flat noodles were thin and chewy, similar to kishimen, so it may not be suitable for people who like soft noodles, but I thought it was very good. The sauce comes with two types: a salted onion oil sauce that is very refreshing and perfect for summer (it doesn't smell like onion, and has a gentle salty taste), and a rich soy milk and sesame sauce that has just the right flavor of miso and sesame, and you can enjoy them alternately. I was very happy to eat it. If you want to say greedy, I thought it would be nice to be full if the amount of noodles was a little more. My wife ordered bamboo smoked noodles and got some, but I think it's more appropriate to call it dashi ramen than salt ramen. I don't really like smoked food, but although it did have some smokiness, it wasn't so bad that I thought it would be delicious on top of something like sea bream chazuke, and of course it was delicious as ramen as well. I don't like going to ramen restaurants, and the wait was long even though they were full, but I was so satisfied that I wanted to come back. As for seats, there are both counters and tables, so even if you don't like counters, it's fine as long as you don't mind the wait time.

This is a restaurant that offers ramen with a delicate flavor. I had bamboo smoked noodles, but it was delicious without complaint. The fork was dry, but I felt it was also a taste. I also had egg-cooked rice (TKG), but the soy sauce was delicious. A lot of parking lots are stopped. I would love to visit again. It was a feast.
