Unfortunately, the noodles have a strong taste, so I don't think it goes well with clam ramen. I think this noodle goes well with shrimp ramen or local chicken soy sauce ramen. It was a truly delicious dish.

Kuwana's famous Ramen restaurant Norikatsu was selected as a Michelin Bib Gourmand. I tried the famous clam salt ramen topped with chashu and egg. delicious.
