``Nendokoro Gahoujin''. Shina Soba = A famous Chinese soba restaurant. Well, the first thing that surprised me was the skeleton that greeted me in front of the store (lol). Something about it suits me, or something about it doesn't suit me. However, Houjin-san, the ramen had an atmosphere and taste that had nothing to do with skeletons. The soup is soy sauce, salt, and miso. I had it with soy sauce and chashu, following the Chinese soba name. Shina soba noodles are made with curly noodles in clear soy sauce. The flavors blended well together. I had it with a strong flavor, but it wasn't overpowering and went well with Nagoya people. And it soaked into the chashu and was delicious.

I saw it twice on a cable TV program and decided to visit. We had soy sauce ramen for 680 yen, half-boiled egg topping for an extra 50 yen, barley rice for 100 yen, and the toppings made into rice porridge, and after the meal we had brown sugar syrup pudding with bubble wrap sweets. In addition to ramen, there are other interesting menu items such as soup dumplings and Chinese chimaki, so I'd like to visit this restaurant again soon.
