A ramen shop opened in 2015 in Hashira, Okazaki City. It is said to be one of the most famous restaurants in the Okazaki ramen world, and its name often appears in popular ramen rankings. The location is about 9 minutes on foot from JR Okazaki Station West Exit. As the store name suggests, it is located in front of a park called Takenohana Park. There are only 8 seats and only counter seats. If it's full, sit outside and wait. 【menu】 Ramen 3 types (salt, soy sauce, yuzu salt) 3 types of dipping noodles (salt, soy sauce, spicy) Limited ramen (some days not available) Various other toppings available This time we had the famous salt ramen! The soup stock is made from a large amount of dried sardines and pork bones, and the clear golden soup has a mild salty taste and richness of the soup stock. The crispy and supple noodles are made by the owner himself using kinuakari flour, which has been specially improved for noodles in Aichi Prefecture. The most notable thing is the char siu! Surprisingly soft and smoky, it's by far the most delicious char siu I've ever eaten! I felt the extraordinary commitment of the shopkeeper. Ramen lovers all over the country are well known for its reputation, and there is no end to the number of people visiting from outside the prefecture.

I visited the store at 13:30 on Wednesday on weekdays and waited for 30 minutes to enter the store. There are quite a few women who come to eat alone. There are 8 seats at the counter, but since each seat is open in Corona, it seems that 4 to 6 people can actually sit. We had salt ramen for 900 yen and chashu rice bowl for 430 yen. The soup is light, but the broth is strong and clear. It goes well with smoked char siu. However, the noodles and soup don't get entangled so much, so I feel like it's better to bring the soup and noodles together. The noodles are smooth and straight and have a great texture. If you like smoked pork, the char siu rice bowl is irresistible. Even after it was over, the smoked scent remained in my mouth. I ordered these two and it was just the right volume. Salt ramen is by far the best in Okazaki

The char siu topping is simple and lightly seasoned on its own, but when combined with the flavor of the soup, it's very delicious. Even if you go at noon on a weekday, there will be quite a line, so if you go early, the wait time may be shorter. I tried the limited edition tonkotsu niboshi tsukemen on another day, but this time the dipping sauce was a little thinner. However, the dried sardines have a strong effect and it's extremely delicious, so I feel like I want to eat it as ramen with low-hydration noodles. The tsukemen noodles were chewy and very delicious.
