Okazaki, Aichi, Japan｜Tsukemenshaikki

was a first experience for me to have つけ麺noodle but definitely the best.

I've been to the Anjo store in the past, but it was my first time visiting the Okazaki store. The store was full of customers at all the counter seats. Today, I chose Jiro-kei mix from among many. The noodles were thick and chewy and seasoned with dashi, which was delicious for me. I was full after receiving the chasing meal. I'd like to try other menus, so I'll drop by again. Thank you for the meal.

I had the tsukemen, which was simple and very tasty. At lunchtime, rice is served as a service, and after finishing the noodles, you can add rice to the dipping soup and add the soup stock from the pot to make porridge and eat it.
