Anjo, Aichi, Japan｜Menyashizuru Anjoten

I stopped by at 4pm, when it was relatively empty, so I was able to have a leisurely meal. It was delicious. I thought it might be a bit too much (although I didn't really feel full), but I ate it all. Next challenge is Miso Jiro!

I have used it several times, but I feel that it is easier to enter than other affiliated stores. Ramen that you want to eat regularly. The miso on the store-limited standard menu is Kokuuma! Add char siu and broil it.

I heard that they just opened the other day. I often go to other stores, What surprised me most was that the greetings from the women (including the shouts when ordering and the greetings when customers left the store) were very loud and pleasant. Since it just opened, the serving speed may feel a little slow, and the cups may not be replenished in time. There were some shortcomings, but the greetings were wonderful enough to make up for it. However, the design of the store itself is very open and the kitchen is very easy to see, so I thought it would be even better if I could act with that part in mind. I will ask again.
