My favorite Tonkotsu ramen ever!! Just so good and rich and delicious. Ticket system for purchasing so very easy to buy even as a foreigner. I recommend adding garlic and pepper at the table.

I had miso ramen and gyoza. I previously had miso ramen at Hirahimise. The pork bone soup was still rich, but I didn't really feel the miso flavor. I received a replacement ball. Perhaps it was too sweet after draining the water, but the soup was thick and thick when I put it in the bowl. It's been a while since I had gyoza, but was it this delicious? It was so delicious I thought. I gave full stars because I was impressed by the man who seemed to be the manager of another store, the cooking, operations, miscellaneous duties, and customer service.
