Toyoake, Aichi, Japan｜KURUMA Ramen Toyoake shop

The floor is kinda unique, it ia gravels and pebles not concrete. For foreignera like me, it seems there is no menu on the table, instead it is posted on the walls, there is no picture. So if you cant read and understand the food menu on the wall, you will have to think of ideaa to order. What i did is search foe pictures of other reviewers and show it directly to the only 1 person cooking and he said.. "ahh shouyuu vietcong ramen.", hitotsu onegaishimasu... 🤣

I ate Viet Cong pork bones. I liked the hardness of the noodles and the soup. The family I went with got the normal pork bone and soy sauce soup, and it was also delicious. Self oden was also delicious.

A shop that looks like an old red car crashed into it❢ There are 2 parking lots in front of the store and 4 yellow cones next to the store❢ There is a seat right in the store, and there is a table seat when you enter inside! The bottom is gravel and for some reason I feel like I'm outside even though I've entered the store❢ Water and oden are self-serve❢ I received my favorite Kyushu Viet Cong❢ The garlic is addictive and the soup is addictive ❢ It's delicious ❣ But... the next morning I woke up with the smell of garlic in my mouth (laughs). So you don't have to worry because you can adjust the garlic as well❢ You can also choose the firmness of the noodles❢ Oden is also delicious❢ The beef tendon is soft and the taste is the best ♡ There are also bowls and spoons that are kind to children.❢ At first glance... the shopkeeper looks unfriendly, but...the smile he shows when he talks is wonderful.❢ The owner takes orders, makes the ramen, and pays the bill, so if it's crowded, you'll have to wait for a while until he comes to take your order.❢ The shopkeeper is doing his best, so please wait for me❢ I don't really like ramen, but I would like to eat ramen here, and I would like to come again.
