Nagoya, Aichi, Japan｜味楽

This is my favorite restaurant in Nagoya city. I've been coming here since it first opened (more than 20 years ago), and while the gentle flavor remains the same, I feel like it's gotten deeper as the owner has gotten older. The food is prepared right in front of you from the counter, giving you peace of mind. The clean kitchen shows the meticulousness of the owner. Today I ordered the ``meat-rich'' ramen, and the noodles, chashu, soup, and seasonings were well-balanced, making it a ramen that you'll never get tired of eating. You can also change the taste by adding homemade chili oil (this is delicious!) or Korean ginseng vinegar. Although the location is not the best, there is plenty of parking space, and I think this restaurant is loved by locals.

It is a good ramen. It's very delicious and I go there from 5 to 6 months. I love the kids too Simple and I love it with a solid taste. Both my father and mother are amiable I can have a favorable impression. I will continue to visit

The price has been increased to 1000 yen per cup. It is light even in the good coming system. Menma's presence is modest compared to others. I want to eat it again with cooked rice.
