The beaten egg made it mellow, and I couldn't help but gulp it down 🤣 The meat miso-like thing on top certainly packs a punch, but I think some people want to enjoy it until the end as it remains mellow, so I'd be even happier if they served it on a separate plate...🙄 However, the store is clean and the staff's customer service is polite and perfect 💯💮 When the grilled pork bowl came out, I thought, ``The balance between the rice and the char siu isn't good, isn't it?'' ' But when I ate it, there was sauce and chopped pork at the bottom, and it was the perfect balance ✨ Great job! ! ! ! I'm a fan of Maroshio. Since it is based on pork bones, it is not the type that is transparent even with salt, but the unique smell of pork bones is hardly felt, and the image is that you can only taste the umami. It's kind of nice to see not only the grilled pork on top of the rice, but also carved grilled pork waiting inside as you continue to eat. When I visited again in April, Maroshio had sold out... It's a shame because I mostly ordered it when I came to the store. Instead, I received the new shrimp-flavored red miso bukkake pork ball noodles. As the product name suggests, this is an elegant mixed soba with a slight shrimp aroma. In addition to getting a large portion for free, you can also get a side dish for lunch on weekdays, which is great if you want to eat a big meal.
