More Comments at Google MapAs you can imagine from the shop name, Nagoya is famous for its medicinal soup called ``korai-kei'', and the ramen is characterized by its toppings of large menma and chashu pork. What I got was a so-called all-over topping called “Kotobuki” (laughs). In the picture, this is still a menma, but underneath this is a lot of char siu. The soup is made from stewed root vegetables and has a mild taste. Adding ginseng vinegar, chopped garlic, and chili oil to this to enjoy the taste change is also a fun way to eat it. The ginseng vinegar had a milder taste, the chili oil had a sharper taste, and the minced garlic went well with both. When you eat ramen here and drink soup, you feel kind and healthy. It was a cup that always makes me think of that (laughs)!!!
This is a well-known medicinal ramen shop in Nagoya. The soup is good for your body, so you can always drink it up without worrying about it. The best recommendation is Kairo noodles with grated yam kelp. The flavor of the tororo kombu melts into the hot soup and noodles, and you'll be addicted to the depth of flavor.
I went for lunch and there weren't many customers, so it was quick from ordering to getting out! The menma was crunchy and soft, the chashu pork was delicious, and the vinegar and chili oil gave it a different flavor, and I was completely satisfied with the soup✨
