Ryomaru is a famous Jiro-inspired restaurant that is famous for its delicious taste and quantity. This time, I ordered Ryumaru Ramen with soy sauce, a slightly larger serving of noodles, regular vegetables, more garlic, and less fat. As per the reputation, the amount of vegetables is quite large even though it is normal! The vegetables had a little seasoning, so they were easy to eat without having to order something strong. The noodles are flat and thick, with a perfect firmness. It goes well with the chicken-based soup, and you can eat it all in one go. The char siu is not creamy but firm. Coupled with the chewiness of the noodles, it's a bit difficult to eat (laughs). Unfortunately, on August 31, 2023, the free serving of large servings of noodles and vegetables seems to have been discontinued. Thank you for the meal!

Anyway, it's easy to eat, so you can finish it without reducing the amount of noodles, so I think it's a good idea to eat a small portion first and see how full you are, rather than having a large portion for the second time. This is a popular Jiro-style ramen shop that often has customers even on weekdays. The amount of vegetables and noodles is very good value, and the soup mixes well with the noodles and is very delicious.
