My wife and I were curious about this place since it had opened this year, but the lines were always so long. Finally tonight our curiosity got the better of us, and we queued up in the freezing cold wind. What greeted us when we got in and received our orders were two very unique and delicious bowls of ramen. My beef and soba ramen had broth that was like drinking up a pepper steak, and my wife had the taste of the ocean with noodles that wouldn't have seemed out of place in fine dining establishments. The flavor of clam and crab stock was a little strong at first (we like to swap our orders), but got better with each spoonful. At the end I drank up the rest of the beef broth and we thanked the bright and cheerful chef and staff. Well worth the wait!
