As of January 23, due to the coronavirus It is open only during the day on weekdays and weekends. There are two parking lots in front of and behind the store. Checkout is after meals. I was able to use PayPay. All flavors of the ramen here are delicious. Miso butter is my favorite. It was very flavorful and delicious. Salty flavor is also recommended, but I only use miso. I'm begging you.

The miso ramen, which is managed by a veteran chef, shows the careful work that goes into it. Although it has a high salt content, I think it would be a good match for the Nagoya area. Also, since they probably use raw miso without pasteurizing it, the miso taste is wonderful.

This is the restaurant that changed me from hating miso ramen to loving miso ramen. Aside from the fact that the rice runs out quickly, the thick char siew and well-balanced soup are amazing.
