This is by far the best tsukemen I’ve had during my time here in Japan. This restaurant is even a little out of my way, but I’m still scheming all sorts of ways to come back and try the different menu items, since it’s that good. For starters, let’s address the noodles. They’re thick, wheaty, hand-delivered straight from the bosom of some ethereal noodle-creating higher deity, and will leave you just the right amount of satisfied. Pictured is the 1.5x portion, which I think would be just right for someone like me who’s starving, but not starving to the point where I’d want to overeat and then question all my life choices up to here saying “oh no, I’m becoming an overweight tsukemen man.” Anyways, they’re completely delicious, and the toppings just make everything even better (I could delve into some prose on the matter, but for the sake of brevity and not scaring away all the poor souls who are google translating this review, I’ll abstain). The broth is straight nectar from that same aforementioned deity, who I guess decided one morning that they could multitask and diversify their portfolio outside the realm of simple noodles. It’s served piping hot, and is just enough to get through all your noodles. Made mine a bit spicier with the provided condiments, but that’s up to y’all, since it’s definitely delicious even by itself. I’ll be back, mostly for the food, but partially because I made a fool of myself on the ticket machine because it spit my first 1000円 bill out and I short circuited because ‘wait that’s not supposed to happen,’ then had to apologize profusely to the poor customer behind me in line who had to stand there and watch this whole very stereotypical foreigner ordeal. I now need to return and prove that I do, in fact, know how to use a ticket machine that’s programmed in Japanese. Oh! Great service, too. The staff are very kind, and the restaurant is in pristine condition. :)

"Wheat and Grilled Chin Excellent" san 𓂃𓈒𓇨𓌈 ◽︎ Grilled Chin Thick Tsukemen 1000 yen ◽︎ Cold Shellfish Salt Tsukemen (7/28~8/31) 1000 yen *Noodles 1.5 times +100 yen From your favorite bicycle shop It's nearby, so take a detour and eat noodles 🍜 Mochi of homemade noodles becomes a habit ♡ The hot, rich dipping sauce is made with soy sauce. There is also miso inside, so it has depth. Excellent with thick noodles! Limited cold tsukemen made with several types of shellfish Super special selection for shellfish soup with condensed umami It contains tamari soy sauce and is entwined with chewy noodles. And this is also very delicious ♡ This is my second visit and I really like this shop. I also like the standard tsukemen, but I'm weak against limited editions (laughs) Thank you for the meal (⋆ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈)”

A place I've wanted to go for a long time, recommended by a ramen fanatic friend. As recommended by mania, it was very delicious! ! I like the thickness and chewiness of the noodles. The soup is also delicious. There was only one customer when I went, but 10 people came to the store in quick succession after me. I know it's a popular store 💪 The store clerk was also very kind, taking the trouble to bring my luggage.
