I had the Taiwanese ramen without soup. It's not too spicy and easy to eat. The noodles were chewy and very delicious! It was delicious until the end and I never got tired of it. It was a store that I would like to go to again.

I went for the first time for lunch in early September 2022. I have something to do nearby in the morning. I searched Google Maps to find a delicious lunch and found this place. →After reading the reviews, I decided to try “Niradama Donburi”. Enter the store at 12:50 The store only has counter seats for 7 people. →The place was full so I waited for about 5 minutes. I ordered a mini bowl set of soy sauce Taiwanese ramen because I wanted a leek ball bowl and noodles. The inside of the restaurant is filled with J-POP music, and the sound of the owner shaking the wok while cooking is a nice touch. The rice bowl arrived after waiting for less than 10 minutes. →It was a rare integrated vessel. The leek ball bowl is delicious with plenty of minced meat and just the right amount of salt! Soy sauce Taiwanese ramen has a Taiwanese feel, but it's not spicy and easy to eat, and the bonito sprouts are stir-fried and delicious! It seems like it's run by a husband and wife, so it's nice to have a relaxed and friendly atmosphere between the two of them. Even though it's not a great location, it's no surprise that it's a popular restaurant. Overall, it was better than I expected, so I left the store very satisfied.

I love the ramen here. When my wife lived in the neighborhood, I went there about six times a month. Now that I'm far away, I'm in the middle of a span of about once every three months. In addition to the fixed menu, there is a daily special menu, so I am looking forward to the daily change. I had the super spicy Taiwanese ramen (additional charge) this time. It was delicious. I'm also looking forward to cold Taiwan ramen, which is only available in summer.
