More Comments at Google MapHanabi is the classic Taiwanese mazesoba. The communal parking lot is larger (about 25 cars) than other Hanabis, so it's easy to park. There is a food ticket machine immediately to the right of the entrance. The counter is quite long, so I think it can fit a lot of people. I ate rich salt tandan noodles and green onion bowl. At other Hanabi restaurants, I usually eat Taiwanese mazesoba, but I tried something a little different and this one was delicious. I guess I have to try a lot of different things. The rich, creamy soup combined with the relatively thin noodles (the soup gets thinner as you eat it, but it's just the right amount of richness). It went well with chopsticks. As for the green onion bowl, while many green onion bowls are on the sweet side, the sauce was nice and not too sweet, and the green onions had a nice crunch. I didn't order the boiled gyoza as the portion was quite large, but the noodles fit easily so I'd like to order that next time.
When I stopped by before, the opening was postponed, but it was open, so I visited. It was the first time for Hanabi's Taiwan Mazesoba, but it was delicious. Ooimeshi is a method of having the clerk bring a bowl and serve it. It's a ticket vending machine store, but you can also use paypay payment in the order ceremony.
good! that's all
