My favorite shop that I've been going to for over 10 years. This is a long-established store that serves ramen in the best condition. The usual menu is Nagoya Viet Cong Ramen. The Viet Cong punch has a great miso flavor and is extremely delicious. Another must-try is the ``char siu appetizer.'' It's no exaggeration to say that I'm actually coming here to eat this! I've eaten chashu pork at many different restaurants, and it's by far the most delicious. There are many people who would like to eat a large portion, but I would like you to try the combination of regular size ramen + appetizer chashu served rice. Satisfaction guaranteed!

Speaking of garlic ramen, Daikokutei's Viet Con Ramen 🍜 It's still delicious, but it used to be better! Depending on the day, the noodles will stretch and the taste will change. Garlic is also over-fried. Ramen other than Viet Cong Ramen depends on your preference. Dumplings are delicious.

There aren't many good ramen restaurants in Nagoya, but this one is exquisite. Nagoya Viet Cong is miso flavored and comes with a small bowl of rice. It's seriously delicious!! It's one of the few repeat restaurants.
