The noodles are really nice and chewy, with a thick sauce that coats the noodles perfectly. Wait staff is really nice and inviting. There are pictures on the ticket machine to make it easier when ordering. Make sure to ask for rice at the end to help soak up the leftover sauce after the noodles are done. It's like a new dish! Put some noodles in your spoon and try the different condiments, vinegar brightened up the bite a bit and made it actually a little sweet.

Famous ramen(no soup) restaurant (台湾まぜそば). I have eaten this ramen (but different place) for about 5 years, but I still can't help eating this.
