I went to Jiro Ramen's "Ramen" located in Nakagawa Ward, Nagoya City! It just opened this spring, but another reviewer said that he had trained at Jiro Ramen's main branch, so I really wanted to try the ramen. It's a popular restaurant, so even on weekdays there's a line from the moment it opens, and on Sundays there can be quite a wait. But let's still do our best to make delicious ramen! That's what it feels like. This time I ate ramen with more vegetables, less garlic, and less fat. The taste is amazing! The thickness of the soup, the thickness of the noodles, the vegetables and chashu all create the perfect balance and it's delicious! All seats are at the counter, and the menu includes black oolong tea in addition to ramen. There will be no rice, so be sure to fill your stomach with ramen. Also, the owner and his wife (?) are also very personable, which is what will make this store so popular. Jiro-style ramen from other restaurants is also delicious, but be sure to try Ramen's exceptionally delicious ramen! There are 3 parking spaces in front of the store, but it's small so it might be better to park at a nearby coin parking lot. Thank you for the meal this time!

I heard about the taste of the original "Ramen Jiro" in Tokyo Mita and went there to see what it was like! First of all, the line was huge!! I didn't know that the line was broken in front of the Nepali restaurant, and I was warned (it seems like there's an unspoken rule that you can't line up in front of the entrance of a Nepali restaurant lol), and then I turned around from the vending machine and there was even more. There was a long line ❕ and there were only 12 seats in the store, so there wasn't a lot of customers coming out, so there was a long wait (lol) During that time, I became quite hungry. When I finally arrived at the ticket vending machine and tried to buy it, I was told that the extra pork menu was sold out, so I ordered the normal one for 880 yen. The owner asks each individual how much toppings and seasonings to use when plating, so I was wondering whether to make the soup dark (dark) or not, but since it was my first time, I decided to set the seasoning to normal. The toppings were ``garlic, vegetables, and abura (meaning extra)'' and when I looked at it, the ramen in this photo was served❕❕ The height of this arrangement is amazing!! (Good value for money) The seasoning of the most important soup was normal and just right for me, not too weak. The noodles are homemade and are so chewy that you'll wonder how thick they are! I'm a quick eater, so I feel like I can eat till the end without the noodles getting stained by the soup. I ordered the normal Jiro, but it had two large pieces of meat, and it was so big that I, a big eater, could barely eat it (lol). I'm glad I couldn't order extra pork because it was sold out (I probably would have left it if I had ordered it lol) Overall, the taste, quantity, toppings, and cost performance are perfect❕ The long line was worth it👍👍👍

In the second half of the game, it absorbs the soup and is even softer, and it is delicious with a stain stain. I enjoyed it until the end while changing the taste while using the chili peppers on the table. I used a small amount of noodles, but I feel like I could go with average or pork meat. Personally, I think it's the most delicious of the Jiro-style and Jiro-inspired ones I've eaten in the Tokai region. Not only is it delicious, but the store manager is bright and easy to talk to, and I felt that it was an easy-to-go store for beginners without the peculiar feeling of Jiro and Jiro. The owner is super handsome. When I left the store, I was also impressed by the words, "Thank you very much! Please be careful on your way home!", "Thank you in the hot weather!", and "Work today? It's super cool. What the hell! ? He's cool, has a good personality, and his ramen is delicious! What the hell! ? Makes me want to go again!
