I've used it more than 20 times in total, but the "Taiwan Mazesoba" + egg yolk is really delicious and I'm very satisfied (^^) The customer service is also wonderful and it is a really recommended shop ◎

The third time, today is Sunday afternoon. I tried Taiwanese Mazesoba, which is the most popular but I was hesitant because I don't like spicy food. I was hesitant about using flavored eggs, but I wanted to mellow out the spiciness, so I used egg yolk instead. Topped with your favorite chashu. The soup was a bit large, perhaps considering the extra meal. The traditional ingredients of garlic, seaweed, chives, and green onions mix well with the minced meat and give it a good flavor. Mazesoba is the best way to feel the chewiness of the noodles. Thanks to the egg yolk, even I, who don't like spicy food, found it delicious. All three meals were delicious, so I'm not sure what to order next. The salt ramen that my eldest son next to me was eating also looked delicious. I visited again less than a month after my first visit. This time it's Saturday afternoon. There were already 3 people waiting, but we got in in about 10 minutes. It takes less than 20 minutes to eat. The store manager and staff are always very efficient. Last time I had mazesoba, so this time I ordered the special soy sauce ramen (char siu and flavored egg toppings) for 1,210 yen. I come here every time with my eldest son, who is in the first year of junior high school, and since we can't finish the large servings or side dishes, we add more toppings. Last time's mazesoba was simple and delicious, so I thought the soy sauce ramen would be delicious too...and it was. It tastes like something I've had since I was little, but it's completely different. Unlike the popular fish and seafood dishes, you can really feel the taste of soy sauce. There is a little pepper in the soup, but it doesn't get in the way. Last time, I watched a regular customer order the flavored egg from the corner of my eye, and it was delicious, with the yolk soaking through but not too strong. I think the reason it was cold was for hygiene reasons. It was cold outside, so I think it would have been better if it was warm. Anyway, I was satisfied this time as well. Next time, I'll try the most popular Taiwanese mazesoba (I don't like spicy food, but I'm too curious about it). I visited for the first time on Sunday afternoon. The 14 seats in the restaurant were full, and there were three other people waiting, but I was able to get my order taken while I was waiting, so I didn't have to wait long. Although the store is old, it is well-maintained and has a clean feel. I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably as the female staff member did a good job of tidying up and cleaning the place. I ordered Mazesoba with chashu and egg yolk toppings. A regular customer asked for flavored eggs instead of egg yolks, so is that recommended? Next time I will try using flavored eggs. The Mazesoba is not as strong as it looks, but it has a delicious seafood soup stock. I felt that the taste was even more gentle because I mixed in the egg yolk. The noodles are thick, not too thick. It's chewy and satisfying to eat. The pork topping is thickly sliced. It's chewy yet soft and very satisfying. It seems that there is a complimentary meal for mazesoba, rice for weekday lunch, and a large serving for high school students and up. My eldest son and I were both full and satisfied with the regular servings, and couldn't eat the extra servings or extra meals. Thank you for the delicious lunch. Next time I'm going to try the soy sauce ramen.

I visited for the first time around 20:30 today after seeing customers lining up in the evening the day before. There are about 20 shared parking lots. It was pretty empty during this time. The store is counter only. I got the special mazesoba. I love mazesoba and eat it often, but the one I received this time is the best so far. The slippery curly noodles, the soup, and the thickest char siu I've had in the past are all delicious. In the second half, vinegar is added to change the taste. And I want you to do it. I think there are some people who like this more than noodles. I wanted a raw egg. I have become more and more excited about traveling. It was a feast.
