More Comments at Google MapI often come here to eat Mazesoba and Tsukemen. Even if you're not into spicy food, you'll probably enjoy the menu, as we have non-Taiwanese mazesoba, ramen, and tsukemen. Mazesoba comes with side rice, and tsukemen comes with rice and raw egg zosui for free. (When you arrive at the bowl, the staff will ask if you need it.) Tsukemen zosui has a nice flavor with the addition of shichimi. Char siu is soft and delicious, so we recommend using it as a topping.
I love mazesoba and use it all the time 🌷 Aichi is famous for Taiwanese mazesoba... I don't like spicy food so I order normal mazesoba everywhere I go, but I love the mazesoba here because it's the easiest to eat. Not only is it easy to eat, but the toppings are wonderful, and the cubed pork is fatty and the minced meat is seasoned well, so you won't feel like it's lacking at all. It also goes perfectly with raw eggs. They also come with a small side of rice, so you can have a side meal as well ☺️ The owner is running the business all by himself, and I feel like it's always a tough job💦, but he's always very responsive. I will visit you again soon🙏🏻💭
This place is run by only one general, so if it's crowded you might feel that the general is working hard and not being friendly. But it's not that amiable. A very kind general. Everything is delicious and I like it very much. My favorite is miso ramen! It is best eaten with plenty of garlic and Taiwanese mustard.
