Are you getting tired of soy sauce tonkotsu ramen lately? This shop has a light and refreshing soup that feels nostalgic. I'll be back to eat it again soon.

Visited after seeing reviews. Rairakken in Miyoshi. I saw it on Instagram, so the parking lot in the back is easy to find. The store is clean and uses a ticket system, making it easy for women to enter. Hand-rolled ramen with soy sauce and soupless tandan noodles, fried rice and grilled rice bowl and gyoza. The soy sauce wasn't too spicy, so I thought it was salt ramen, which I personally love 😋😋 I drank all the soup 🤣 It was my favorite flavor. 👍

I had the hand-kneaded ramen and the night-only garlic fried rice. The ramen was very delicious with a refreshing soup made from seafood. Before I knew it, I had almost finished the soup. The menma has a light seasoning and is easy to eat, and the chashu pork is soft and delicious. I was also happy that there were various seasonings such as fish meal and apple cider vinegar on the table. The garlic fried rice had a lot of fried garlic on it. It was interesting that it contained chopped menma. Thank you for the meal.
