Great tasting ramen, we always go when visiting for Jmof. No English options but the tonkotsu is our go to. Drinks available and seating is easy, no wait and food comes very quickly. Prices are also reasonable and the staff have been very friendly over the 4 years we've visited.

I love the tsukemen here! Green onion char siu from snacks? I love you too The nearby kuoba is overcrowded, but personally, Jandara is absolutely delicious! ! I'm always empty and I'm worried

This store doesn't make sense anymore. When I was young (when my experience was low), I was addicted to it and used it quite a few times. However, there are various situations It's been a long time since I've used it. First time in 3 years? ? kana. . . Maybe it's the first time since the corona misfortune. . . However, there are various evaluations Jandara-san is also not Date. I've been doing it since I was young, so I think it's been open for more than 20 years. In the middle of the day, the store is spacious and the parking lot is large. Even though it's not in front of the station, this number of years I think it's amazing that this type of ramen shop continues (^ ^) Also, it stays open until 3am. It's amazing that you've been doing that for over 20 years. It seems to be a bit lackluster recently (when I look at the reviews) Ten years ago it was really popular. I often went there late at night, but I remember that there was still a steady flow of customers. Also It was popular at that time, so there was a time when we even opened a branch in front of Toyohashi Station (on Hirokoji Street if I remember correctly). (Though that branch ended in a fairly short period of time.) Anyway, it is a shop with a history and a certain track record. As Jandara says in the shop name Tokyo Tonkotsu In other words, I think that soy sauce tonkotsu ramen will sell. For a long time, I have chosen [Jandara soy sauce] as the product name for that soy sauce tonkotsu. story of use Available around 23:00. 3 cars including me in a parking lot of about 10 spaces The first customer is one person and one group of two people The second customer came when one person left the store. After all, the number of customers may not be good enough There is a ticket machine on the right hand side of the entrance, so buy a ticket there. Of course the order top left Jandara soy sauce (¥750) It's still going up in price. I think it used to be ¥630 (later changed to ¥680) Take your ticket and go to the counter Hand over the meal ticket and order "without green onions" (In the past, garlic was provided, but this time I was asked if it was necessary.) It's nostalgic (laughs). It was made by a mother with a familiar face. About 15 years ago (I think) there was a foreigner named Mr. Ho in the hall. When I was going through that person, he remembered my face and served me char siu several times. nostalgic. that kind of If I was thinking about the past Ramen arrives. Yeah. Nostalgic (^^) Ah, this is the visual. The ingredients are simply char siu, menma, and seaweed. Noodles are thin curly noodles. The soup has a moderate amount of back fat floating. The amount of backfat has changed over time. Well, it's a real meal right away. First, my style A bite from the soup before the taste comes out of the noodles. Yes Yes! ! ! This one! ! ! The soy sauce skillfully reinforces the pork bones, which are not strong, and produces a good depth of seasoning. Well, just putting that reason aside The taste is already engraved in the DNA of the tongue! ! ! It will still stain (^^) However, I wonder if it has become more refreshing than before. Noodles are thin curly noodles. This is personally a high point, and I think it's a noodle that goes very well with Jandara's soy sauce tonkotsu. well, that kind of feeling It's my childhood memory ramen (^^) It was a nostalgic taste, not a reason.
