More Comments at Google MapA Michelin-starred restaurant. Since it was only my first visit, I had the popular Tanrei Niboshi Tsukemen. It's honestly good. It was delicious because I was tired of rich foods. Regarding the atmosphere, although there are many regulars, there is no laziness in the store and the turnover rate is high. It was a good place. Next time I will go for soy sauce ramen instead of tsukemen.
Even though it was just before closing time, I was able to enter the store. Ramen is a stable deliciousness. It may be better to say that you will receive it rather than eat it. It's ramen, but it feels like a Japanese main dish, and it's worth waiting in line to eat. Thank you for the meal. I will go again.
I had the whole chicken tamari soy sauce ramen. A dark and light colored soy sauce soup. A distinct soy sauce scent. Tamari soy sauce has a unique deep and bright flavor with a hint of sourness. The thin straight noodles have a smooth surface and a springy and chewy texture when you bite into them. It has a pleasant chewing sensation. The toppings include two thick slices of roasted pork belly, chewy and fragrant. Also, green onions, menma, and half a seasoned boiled egg. The soy sauce soup is addictive, and you won't be able to stop drinking it until the very end.
