I completely underestimated the ramen at the food court. I ordered ``Roasted pork with miso flavored balls'' which was listed as number one. Ramen alone is a high-class item that costs over 1,000 yen. You can imagine how I, an office worker, mustered up the courage to order. The miso in the soup had just the right amount of miso flavor, not too sweet or spicy, and even though it contained pork, it was good in that it wasn't too greasy. I would like to eat there again. Thank you for the meal.

Order the most popular ``Roasted Pork Miso Ramen with Flavored Eggs''! The serving time was quick, and I was able to enjoy authentic Sapporo miso ramen at the food court. I liked the flavor of the piping hot lard miso soup, yellow curly noodles, and lots of grilled meat. The powdered Japanese pepper was a nice accent, and the grated ginger gave it a different flavor.

I ordered the most popular grilled pork miso ramen with flavored egg. It came out in less than a minute after ordering. Delicious without a doubt! Onions are a highlight.
