I don't think I usually call, but when I said it, I was very happy that it was oily! ️ Is it thick noodles like tsukemen instead of Jiro-style washi-wash noodles? I was worried about the difference in the noodles, but I was surprised by the easy-to-eat soup that was easy to eat and had just the right amount of Kaeshi.

It was a beautiful shop, more like a bar than a ramen shop. The chilled dandan noodles I received this time have a strong spiciness, so if you don't like spicy food, it might be best not to choose them. The taste is delicious with thin noodles and spicy ground meat that goes well with the soup.

The floor is the same as the gyoza shop, but when you enter the store, you will be asked whether you want gyoza or mazesoba, and you will be guided to the right seat for gyoza and the left seat for mazesoba. This time I went to Mazesoba, but even Mazesoba could ask for dumplings. However, Mazesoba is prepaid and gyoza is postpaid, so it may be a little troublesome to pay.
