More Comments at Google MapDefinitely a garlic lover's paradise. The noodles are thick and the broth is very tasty. One bowl is very, very filling!
Eat a large bowl of ramen (980 yen). A restaurant that serves mapo noodles, Jiro-style ramen, and mazesoba. The pork is grilled just before making it fragrant and tender. The noodles are extra thick noodles made by Hayashi Seimen. Wavy and chewy noodles. Noodles like "Tsukemen R" are delicious. Although the soup is salty, it is easy to eat as it contains a lot of boiled vegetables (bean sprouts, cabbage). The noodles at this restaurant are delicious. I would like to try the mapo noodles next time. When you enter the store, buy a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine on the left. You can use cash and PayPay. There is a parking lot for 4 cars on the opposite side of the road.
To Noboru Taki of Nagoya. I was looking for a Jiro type, but I was interested in Mabomen, so I decided to give it a shot. Mapo is made with properly blanched tofu and cooked in a wok. Add the rice from the lunch service at the end and it's delicious... Full! A previous customer had eaten the Jiro type, so I'll try it next time. There is a parking lot diagonally across from the store, so don't park on the street if you make a mistake!
