Chicken soba is really delicious. The char siu is also fragrant and chewy, which is really good. I don't know much about ramen, but what can I say, I can feel the care put into each and every dish. Is the clerk basically doing one surgery? If it's crowded, it may take a long time to be served, but it's worth trying at least once. Recommended.

I bought a flavored egg topping for Kotteri Tori Soba with a ticket machine. After 13:00 on weekdays. Is it past lunch time? There is only one female customer at the counter seat. The taciturn owner roasts the char siu in a pot with a burner. The incense spreads and encourages a more intense agitation of the stomach. By the time you arrive, it will be reserved. It's nice, I'm the only one who is facing the rich chicken soup and flat noodles. When I first tasted it, I couldn't get used to the flat noodles, but these days I have to do it. I was completely indulged, and my body and mind were captivated. Strangely enough, the smoothie-like rich white chicken soup makes me swallow down my throat easily. A strange difference between texture and taste. But it's delicious. If you break a whole flavored egg and dip it in the rich white chicken soup and eat it, you will feel blissful. I ordered the "Kotteri Tori Soba" ramen (850 yen including tax). The soup was made with 100% chicken, but it wasn't too heavy and the umami came out well! Also, "no soup" was delicious.
