Wonderful little noodle restaurant accross the street from the station. Great atmosphere, good food and cozy setting.

First visit. I ordered the green onion ramen, which was the first thing on the menu. At first bite, I was overwhelmed with the sweetness of the green onions, the spiciness of the chili oil, and the flavor of the chicken. Soup...huh? ramen? Is this ramen? It has a mysterious taste that makes you feel like you are eating soba soup. It's a light soy sauce soup, but chicken soup? Duck soup? A mysterious soup that the more you drink, the more you can't stop. The noodles are thin and easy to eat, and go well with the soup. Until the end, I couldn't help but wonder, "Is this ramen???" (lol), but it was really delicious! ! The customer service of the store owner and staff is also very cheerful. The store is bright and clean. I will repeat it again!

The ramen at this restaurant isn't particularly unique, but I think it's the type of restaurant where you won't find a similar taste anywhere else. I think all the menu items are elegant, well-balanced, and delicious. Karamiso ramen is really spicy, so it is recommended for people who like spicy food. Gomoku ramen is also known as tanmen, but it is very rare in Nagoya as there are only a few restaurants where you can eat tanmen. The Dandan noodles soup is very sweet and not spicy at all. Paiko Dandanmen has flattened pork and raw vegetables, and the raw vegetables and soup go together surprisingly well, and I think it's a flavor you won't find anywhere else. Also, the Tenshin rice is delicious and voluminous. Tsukemen also has more volume than it looks. The green onion ramen uses thin noodles and is also delicious.
