This was a very nice local ramen shop to go and eat lunch. The old guys who were cooking were super nice and attentive. When my water glass was near empty they automatically got it refilled which was nice. The food was really delicious. Usually I need rice with ramen but this ramen was able to carry itself without needing to have rice as a side dish. The chopsticks were really great quality too. It was a great place to visit and was very clean. In short, it was a very nice place to go for lunch. 😋👍💐😎😊

A famous ramen restaurant in Nagoya that I really wanted to visit 🍜✨ ◆ Kotobuki (lots of pork) ¥1,200 ◆Lots of green onions +¥100 In Nagoya, "Korai Dojo" is a very famous restaurant🍜✨ I was really looking forward to visiting "Yakuzen Ramen" which is also called "Korai-kei"🚲 As soon as you enter the store, order and pay at the counter 🧾 You will receive a bill for your meal ticket, so take it to the counter seat 🪑 As you wait for a while, you can smell the wonderful smell of dashi soup from the kitchen ☺️ The gentle scent of Japanese-style dashi soup will make you feel warm 😚 And when the ramen comes in front of you, the gentle aroma from earlier approaches ✨ A gentle Japanese-style soup stock that even brings out the aroma of green onions. The ingredients are simple: char siu, green onion, and menma💫When you slurp the soft yet chewy noodles, the dashi soup spreads in your mouth and you can't help but say, ``Ah, it's delicious😋''😁 The chashu pork was soft and soaked up the soup stock well. The menma meat was also delicious, as there is a menu with "many menma" (menma), so it really went well with the soup stock. Also, since I started using dashi soup only, I kept thinking about it while drinking, but I felt like this dashi soup was the ultimate in zoni soup stock🍲Now that I'm writing this review, I'm starting to want to eat it again😆 The customers who came in later were quite likely to order the ``Kairomen'' ramen with melted kelp and seaweed🍜. I wanted to visit to try the popular menu✨

I went there because I heard that the ramen that contains a lot of menma is famous. Since the weather is nice, I will walk from Imaike. It's located just off the main street. It's easy to find because there are customers lining up. First-time visitors should be careful. It will be the order in which you bought the order ticket, not the order in which you lined up. Enter the store and order at the counter on the right. Receive your order ticket and wait outside the store. By the way, I ordered char siu and Juchiku with a lot of menma. If you are used to it, you can enter the store about 20 minutes after ordering. Looks like you can kill your time somewhere. I also waited while moving in and out of the store. After a while, you will be greeted with a message saying, ``Please come to Kotobuki No. 1.'' The store isn't that big. There are about 8 counter seats and 1 table. When you arrive at the counter, place your order ticket on the kitchen side and wait. The rice bowl arrived shortly after. There is a lot of soup in it. It looks like there aren't that many noodles in it. First, let's start with the soup. What's so good about it?This is my first taste. It has a gentle taste that you can drink for a long time, but it also has a strong umami flavor. It has pork fillet, plenty of menma, and is extremely soft. I got the correct answer with Kotobuki. The flavor of the pork and menma melts into the default flavor, making it the perfect dish. The noodles are also chewy and chewy. There are many items with strange tastes, and this time I tried vinegar and homemade chili oil, both of which were introduced by Koreans. Both were great. It's a bit pricey, but the taste was acceptable, and it was the first ramen in a long time that impressed me. Everyone please come!
