I really wanted to eat miso ramen so I came here. Miso ramen➕half corn➕butter I felt happy after eating the delicious miso ramen. However, as soon as I entered the store, I was forced to sanitize my hands, which I don't think is necessary these days, so I felt a little strange. Also, there are no towels, so it would be nice to have a tissue box within easy reach, but the tissue box was only placed at the entrance, which I felt was a hassle. Also, even though there were many other seats available, I was assigned a seat between men on both sides of me. (I'm a woman) I'm sure the restaurant wants to guide you to your seat. I've always loved ramen because it's delicious, but it would be helpful if you could leave a tissue box rather than a fan.
Visited on the way home from work until morning, wanting to eat so much. I just found out that it opens at 10:30 am. The shop is still open, and the air-conditioned shop makes me want to eat miso ramen. The inside of the shop is also clean, and I was able to put my luggage securely even by myself. This time I had it with miso, butter and corn. The noodles were firm, the miso was salty-sweet, the corn was crunchy and buttery. Half corn is just right for me. It's very delicious, but it's a little too much. I felt very comfortable in the shop. I was relieved that neither the firmness of the noodles nor the taste of the miso changed from my ideal miso ramen. Next time I'll go eat some salt.
