Great food ! My favorite ramen/soba in Japan ! The broth is thick, love it ❤ Spent one year in Nanzan and let's just say I've eaten there many times LOVE IT !

濃いめ焼き干し味噌 was extremely tasty, worth waiting for more than 30 minutes. Will visit again when I come back to Nagoya.

Char siu and bamboo shoots are also good. The dark baked dried soy sauce has a good arrangement and is good, and the ordinary soy sauce ramen is also very delicious. It's hard to see from the main road, but there is a parking lot behind it. It was a feast. I would like to visit again!
