This is a store I've been interested in for a while. I visited by myself on Saturday afternoon. The French restaurant Aprandre is only serving ramen during the day. According to the shop's website, they are conscious of Takayama ramen. The first customer was a senior couple. Since it's my first time, I'll have ramen. It seems that there are curry ramen with extra meat, everything on the plate, and curry ramen. The meal was served. First of all, when you include the soup, the aroma of soy sauce and dashi stock fills your mouth. The noodles are soft and fluffy and go well with the soup. Is the salty taste a little strong in terms of taste balance? I felt that this might be Takayama ramen. Maybe I should have ordered rice. I finished almost all of the soup and was grateful for the meal. It was delicious.

I visited the store for the first time after hearing about it on TV. The aroma of seafood when I put the soup in my mouth, the thick but soft chashu with just the right amount of elasticity, the aroma of green onions, and the texture of the noodles were all wonderful. This is a restaurant that makes me want to eat there again. A famous restaurant that is irresistible for soy sauce and Chinese noodles lovers!

Long time no see. I found this store as I walked down a back alley. Although the store is not large, it goes without saying that the quality of the ramen is outstanding. The soup is soy sauce-based and seafood-based, and the noodles are thin. The chashu is so soft that it melts the moment you put it in your mouth. I'm really grateful to have a store like this in my hometown.
