Currently, it's only open for lunch, so it was quite a hurdle, but I had some nostalgic tsukemen for the first time in a while. It was delicious.

You can feel the owner's philosophy of ``providing the highest quality cuisine.'' The tsukemen are made with great attention to detail, and the pairing of each topping is carefully selected.It is not advertised on the menu, but when I spoke to the owner, I was impressed by the depth of his attention to detail. I am forced to do so. This is my number one tsukemen.

(2022/9/1) I've been curious about it for a long time, but I finally got to visit it for the first time! Tsukemen half noodles (890 yen, half noodles come with a boiled egg 🥚) Let's start with my impressions! It was really delicious 😋 The boiled egg soaked all the way to the yolk 👍 Both the noodles and soup were amazing 👏 Since it was my first time seeing it, I got the standard tsukemen, but I can't wait to try the miso and vegetables next time! As you can see on the store's Twitter account (it's quite quirky and interesting 👍), they have taken great measures to prevent the spread of infection. The shop owner will open the shop door for you, so you cannot enter without permission! When ordering water or additional items, you do it by raising your hand without making a sound, as written on the notice board. Personally, it was so devilishly delicious that I wanted to eat it right after I finished eating it😋🍜! Thank you for the meal.
