I searched for a ramen restaurant in my neighborhood and came across it, so I stopped by. , I've been accumulating food reports for days, so I'm finally writing about it! The first chicken soba (rich chicken paitan) I tried, I was surprised to find that the surface was filled with bubbles. The soup was also a little muddy, which made it even richer. However, the taste was a little lighter than I expected and it was easy to eat. It reminded me of ``Ateri Noodles'' which used to be ``Mao no Tora''. (That's old...) The other day, I ordered chicken soba (light chicken soup). The flavor of the clam dashi here was very effective, and it tasted a little different from Chinese noodles, so I could not stop my appetite. By the way, the chashu is moist and has a texture similar to half-cooked ham, but is a little hard to chew. It might be a little tough for people who aren't good at half life, but I'm almighty so it's no problem. I had the chashu rice bowl, fried rice, and gyoza all on the side menu. The chashu bowl is half-cooked thinly sliced meat. Gyoza are fried gyoza. The fried rice tastes like home-made fried rice. Regarding the atmosphere of the restaurant, when you first walk in, you wonder where you're going to sit. There were so many rooms that I was stunned (lol) It seems that there are things other than ramen that can be used at gatherings. And the signboard dog, Hana-chan, is cute. The reason I kept coming back for so many days was because Hana-chan was a rare dog, and most of the time I wasn't around, so I kept coming back to take pictures (lol). Hana-chan was also used to people and responded to me in a dignified manner. No, it's cute //

The chicken soba is super rich. It's a little thinner than Yamatatsu. If you let it cool down on purpose, it will feel sticky on your tongue. There is almost no roughness. A very delicious cup that goes well with rice. It's also cheap. You can't see it from the main street, so you won't know unless you look for it. Is there a health machine next door? There is something like that. It's a good way to relax after a meal because you don't have to pay too much.

I went there after work. It looks like a renovated private house, and without the ramen curtain, it doesn't look like a ramen shop...lol The store was also unique, and since it was December, there were Christmas trees everywhere. By the way, it is a system where you order first and pay first. When I looked at the menu, I thought it looked exactly like "Soburu" in Marunouchi, Nagoya City. I was wondering if there was any connection between the appearance and taste of the ramen, the fact that it uses clams, and the rather rare chashu. I ate the refreshing one, and it was delicious with a flavor that permeated my body. Elderly people served customers politely.
