was delicious! When I visited the restaurant right after it opened on Saturday, there were two other groups waiting inside. It's a counter-only shop, but the rotation is good, and the shop staff was quick to bring out chairs and serve us quickly, and our turn came quickly. There are two types of menu: Chinese noodles and chashu noodles. Does it seem salty at first glance? I thought so, but it wasn't like that at all, and the sweet seafood soup had a very comforting taste♪ The noodles are thin and curly and intertwine with the soup, and the chashu is of course creamy. I don't usually drink all the soup, but the soup here was so delicious that I drank it all. Before the ramen came out, pickled Chinese cabbage came out, and I felt nostalgic about this pickled cabbage, or rather, it was the pickled Chinese cabbage that my grandma used to make! It feels nostalgic and delicious ♡ This kind of attentiveness is amazing... The owner of the shop and his wife are both very kind and friendly people, which makes me feel relieved... It's a restaurant that makes you feel happy because you can eat delicious food in a relaxing atmosphere♪ Women can also eat easily, so there may be a line, but I'd like you to give it a try.

To be honest, when it comes to Takayama ramen, I just have a strong soy sauce flavor and nothing else...I didn't really find it appealing, but the ramen at this restaurant was very delicious. I arrived before opening time, but more and more cars were filling the parking space, which only had 6 spaces, and the counter was quickly filled. The menu is very simple, and the prices are so reasonable that you might just order the chashu noodles. The rice comes in cute sizes ranging from small to small, and you can't help but be moved by the way the staff serve customers in a playful manner that says, "Your bill is 17 million yen." lol The soup has a sweeter taste than you might expect from its color, and when you pair it with the pickled Chinese cabbage and chilled ice cream that comes first, you'll be able to drink it up. It's one of the ramen restaurants I'd like to visit again because it's in an easy-to-go location. Thank you for the meal. 😄

My impression of Takayama ramen has changed. The slightly sweet soup, the soft and delicious char siew, and the warm reception from the staff were wonderful. Thank you for the meal.
