The fried horse mackerel is delicious with a crispy surface and no small bones at all! The best part of the tuna! I had it with sesame oil and soy sauce. It fits perfectly. It's so delicious! It was a gram order. The photo is 200g. It was 530 yen for 100g. cheap. I grilled the remaining sinew, but it had a chewy texture similar to pig's feet and no odor. Was it meat? It was almost an illusion. Is it really a fish? lol If I lived in the neighborhood, I'd probably go out drinking alone lol. The customer service was kind and I had a pleasant meal. I'm hooked!
