Spiny lobster tsukemen is unbelievably good, easily top 5 best ramen that I ever tasted

Really wonderful spicy dipping noodles. The roasted pork belly is fantastic and maybe the best ahead in Japan. The miso broth is outstanding.

Lobster Tsukemen was far beyond my expectations. The dip soup is made from lobsters and some other seafoods. The deep flavored soup matches with the noodle made from the wheat of Hokkaido. This ramen restaurant is likely to put so much effort in choosing ingredients.
