I came to the store at 11:03, right after the store opened for lunch on Sunday. After a short delay, there were already 6 other customers. The store has 6 seats at the kitchen counter and 2 table seats for 4 people. Customers came to the store one after another from around 11:15. It's a ticket machine system. Since there are only two people, this is very reasonable. I ordered all the chicken white soy sauce and a medium-thick noodle substitute. A delicious chicken broth soup. Although it is rich, it realizes the contradiction of being assari. The creamy soup is not heavy and you can drink it without getting tired of it. The medium-thick noodles are entwined with the noodles and you can enjoy it as it goes down your throat. The timing of Kaedama is just right. Comes with a large piece of pork. Great service. I was wondering if I should ask for rice and make it a risotto, but I made it a substitute. I was making a roasted char siu rice bowl for another customer's order, but I was impressed by the aroma of the char siu roasted in front of me. I was the one who remembered that I would definitely order it next time.

I ordered abura soba and a chashu bowl for lunch. The abura soba had basic ingredients, but I felt like the seasoning was a little bland. Personally, I find that I sometimes get a little tired of strong flavors, so this was just right. I also had soy sauce brought separately, so I adjusted it myself halfway through. I enjoyed it till the end. There are many restaurants that call it char siu rice bowl, but it's just to the taste, but the large char siu bowl was rich and fragrant, and the seasoning was a little strong, which went well with the rice. I liked it so much that I could have just had it for the chashu bowl. The smile on the manager's face when I left was also impressive. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal.

I had the chicken paitan soy sauce ramen (flavored egg topping) and the chashu rice bowl (medium). Ramen is rich but never boring. It was delicious till the end. The char siu rice bowl has finely cut meat that is grilled and aromatic, and goes perfectly with the rice. I'm a big eater, but this set filled me up. If you're full, the Char Siu Bowl (small) might be just right. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
