I got a tonkotsu ramen and a replacement ball (red ball). The noodles are thin and you can choose the hardness you like, and the pork bone soup is also delicious. It contains ingredients such as char siu, seaweed, and cloud ear mushrooms. The replacement red ball was a dry noodle that was kneaded with a taste, but I didn't feel the difference in taste that much.

2023/7/14 Visited. I think it's been more than 10 years since I visited here. At the time 10 years ago, an acquaintance from Kyushu said that the pork bones here were the closest to the locals. I got pork bone takana. It's been a long time, but each ingredient is delicious, such as fungus and char siu. Especially the char siu is outstanding. Was the soup slightly arranged to suit the tastes of Aichi citizens? . Can you say mild? I wonder if pork bones with a bit more harshness (smell) would be good. If I have another chance, I would like to have Kumamoto black ramen 🎵
