I used to go there every weekday with my husband on my day off, but this time I went for Sunday lunch for the first time. I order a different menu every time, so this time I ordered a slightly spicy salted Taiwanese dish that you don't often find at other restaurants. First of all, the soup is clear and the presentation is very beautiful. The soup is not too thick and the spiciness kicks in afterwards.[Wow, this is really delicious!] ] The minced meat on top is delicious on its own, but when you submerge it in the soup and mix it with the noodles, the various flavors come together in your mouth, making it delicious from start to finish. I have high expectations for the other Taiwanese flavors, so I plan to try them next time.
