Order the noodles on the firmer side without changing the thickness or amount of oil. The water was free, and there were about 10 counter seats and no table seats. The pork bone soy sauce has a very rich flavor, and the thick, chewy noodles are mixed with the rich soup. There is an oil film on the surface of the soup, and spinach, chashu, and seaweed are on top. If the thickness and oil were normal and it was that rich, I felt that if I ordered it with a thicker and more oily soup, I might not be able to finish the soup. (I personally like it dark, but since it was my first time, I ordered the normal one.) The chashu is soft and thick enough to be easy to eat, and the texture is melt-in-your-mouth, the seaweed soaked in the soup makes you want to wrap it around rice, and the spinach gives it a restful feel, so I thought it was well-balanced. You can get all-you-can-eat rice for 110 yen. It was delicious. Next time I will try Suribachi Ramen!
