In addition to spicy noodles, this ramen shop also offers mazesoba, tanmen, tsukemen, fried chicken, rice bowls, and alcoholic drinks. The Mazesoba seems to be popular, but I tried the Horshin Ramen at the recommendation of a friend. It's a bit lonely with only 4 hormones, but the oil is plump, sweet and delicious. The soup is bright red with chili peppers and has beaten eggs, similar to cold noodles from Yakiniku House Kimuchi in Toyohashi City. The spiciness is moderate even on normal spiciness, but the flavor is so strong that even those who are not sensitive to spiciness can still eat it. After eating the noodles, add the rice to the soup. It is best to make it into porridge. Sprinkle with powdered cheese on the table to transform it into an Italian flavor. There are 6 parking spaces, but you can also park in the supermarket across the street if you ask.

I ate 2x hor spicy mixed soba. It has twice as much offal (let's triple this time) with plenty of sauce, and if you mix it well with the thick noodles that are a little hard and slurp it up, you'll be enveloped in a spicy + rich and sweet flavor.
