This is a store I've always wanted to go to. You can issue a numbered ticket with LINEmatoca from 9:30 a.m. within 3km of the store, and when it's your turn to go, LINE will call you. I issued the ticket at 10:20 and entered the store after 1:00 p.m. I sat down and ordered and it arrived within minutes. Delivery is extremely fast. I ordered Kogenbu ramen, salt special, torimeshi set, and shiso cheese gyoza. Kogenbu Ramen has a perfect combination of soup and chopped celery, and if you like ethnic food, you'll definitely fall in love with it. It wasn't too strong, but the soup had a complex depth to it. It goes great with hand-rolled noodles, and the smooth texture is reminiscent of pho. Salt Special Ramen is a type of salt ramen that you might think is light but has a rich flavor. I would like to try eating this with lemon. The salt special comes with garlic chili pepper. It seems like you can change the flavor halfway through if you like. When I added it, it became more rich and delicious. All the staff members were full of energy, Mr. Sachio was always smiling and friendly, and I thought the atmosphere of the store was very nice. I wish there was a store in Osaka...If it was nearby, I would definitely go there. It was a very delicious and deep and elegant ramen.

It used to be about 1-2 hours in line, but now Matoka has been introduced and it's much easier to get there! The ramen here is not only delicious, but there are many types of ramen, so you won't get tired of it no matter how many times you come. Personally, in the summer, I definitely recommend the summer-only cold Yuki Genbu! It contains celery, so be careful if you don't like it ⚠️ It's a nice accent. This summer, the limited-time duck soup was so delicious that I had to repeat it more than Yuki Genbu! On weekdays it is relatively easy to get a numbered ticket, so it is recommended! Okazaki's proud ramen shop❗️ Although it is treated like a sacred place for Tokai On Air, it is not. In the first place, it is a national district with the ability of the ramen shop. The new ramen always entertains me, not boring. There aren't many ramen shops that are all-rounders of salt, soy sauce, miso, and even maze. When I come here, both the general and the proprietress are really smiling and I feel energetic. The sister of the order is a goddess lol
