It's been about 15 years since I visited Kotobuki Gakiya. 15 years ago, when I was 25 years old and working in Nagoya, I was a huge fan of tonkotsu ramen. Osu? I had no idea what was so delicious about the ramen I ate at Tatakano Kotobuki-ya. I thought I would never eat it again, but after returning to my hometown, I ended up connecting with someone from Aichi Prefecture. Recently, while my wife was meeting a friend, I suddenly visited Kotobuki Gakiya. I actually tried Sugakiya ramen for the first time in 15 years, which I thought I would never eat again. …It was delicious! I used to eat it thinking it was tonkotsu ramen, but I was completely mistaken. I am truly sorry to everyone in Aichi Prefecture. A gentle taste that can be enjoyed by men and women of all ages. I felt that it had an old-fashioned taste. It makes sense that there is pepper. Thank you very much for the same old taste of ramen from Aichi Prefecture's soul food Kotobuki Gakiya. I would like to have it again. Next time I will also order soft serve ice cream. Thank you for the meal.
