``Ginkai Ramen'' is located on Renshakudori, Okazaki City. The location is 30 seconds walk from Kagota Park! It's on the second floor of a three-story building, and there's a sign in front of the entrance that says ``Loud shop.'' When you enter the store, you'll find the interior so stylish that you won't believe it's a ramen shop, and the music is blasting so loudly that you'll suddenly feel like you've been thrown into another world! When I went to the back, there were 7 counter seats. [Main menu] Salt ramen 900 yen Soy sauce ramen 900 yen Duck without soup (mazesoba) 1000 yen Nikutsuke (Tsukemen) *Summer only 1050 yen This time I ordered the summer limited meat tsuke! *By the way, the fleshing process ended at the end of September 🙇🏻‍ The chewy medium-thick noodles are irresistibly mixed with the spicy and rich soup made with homemade chili oil! The flavor of the beef was rich, and the beaten egg added a mild flavor to it, making it truly delicious. The store is lined with tons of analog records, books, apparel goods, and more, making it feel like a cultural hub. After your meal, you can sit on a chair and enjoy some relaxing music while drinking coffee. It's not only a place where you can eat delicious ramen, but coming here may be a special experience in itself.

I had been curious about it for a while, so I decided to give it a try. The restaurant is on the second floor of a building, and from the entrance of the building it doesn't look like there's a ramen restaurant on the second floor, so it feels more like a hideout. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was calm and the music was playing at a slightly louder volume. This time I ordered "Soy sauce ramen" (900 yen including tax). The soup was light but rich, and it went well with the thin noodles and was delicious! There were other ramen items on the menu, so I would like to go there again.

The refreshing dashi soup and medium-thick straight noodles were delicious. I guess the general likes music. Music was playing at a huge volume, and half of the store was lined with lots of records, making it a space where you could listen to music on the sofa. It would be fun to drink beer on the sofa. The paintings and T-shirts on the wall were stylish, and I felt that the general was doing something interesting when he was off.
