The vegetables are cooked in lard and are piping hot and delicious. There is only one piece of chashu, but the size is small and the cost performance is poor. I had the second generation vegetable miso ramen for 810 yen. This is a white miso base, so it has a sweet and rich taste. The Kaedama is 50 yen more expensive than the large size, but you can choose your noodles.
