Toyohashi, Aichi, Japan｜Ramen Houzan

One of my absolute favourite ramen restaurants in JP, if not ever. I don't see how anyone who likes noodles the littlest bit would not love this. The first time I was here I ordered their 鶏白湯味噌ラーメン and I kid you not it was mind-blowingly good 😭 the creamy chicken miso flavour that was packed into the soup, when slurped together with the perfectly chewy noodles was literal heaven to me. Not to mention that they were never stringy with the char siews. They also regularly serve limited time ramen like tantanmen and prawn ramen and whoever is reading this!! You aren't living life right if you skip on this ramen. At least that was how it felt to me the many many times I came back to this place for their excellent, brilliant, beautifully thick creamy ramen broth. The shop owners are also really kind and even when they're really busy (it's only two of them running the whole place) they make sure they attend to all of our needs and this one time she even gave me and my friends kitkats. Theyre just so sweet and writing this down brings back so many memories. This shop set the bar for every ramen that I ate after, it's THAT good. I miss this so much, can't wait to go back one day🥺 心の底から大大大好きなラーメン屋。またいつか食べに行きたいです！

I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that this is the most delicious ramen in Toyohashi. The soup, noodles, and chashu are all great. The limited-time menu changes between shrimp and tandan noodles every two months, and both are exquisite. Personally, I like to eat rice by adding rice to the soup after I finish eating tandan noodles.

For me, it's my favorite flavor right now, or rather, it's the most delicious, it's really delicious, it's just delicious (lol) The strong taste is addictive, and soy sauce is especially addictive. Correspondence, the store is unique I didn't understand the meaning of "Gatemachi". (Apparently, even if it is empty, please wait outside until you are called.) Pricing is also reasonable. (It would cost more than 1,000 yen elsewhere, but the full toppings start at 800 yen) It opens at 10:30 a.m., so it's easy to get in (I hope other popular stores will imitate this) As I was writing this review, I remembered the soy sauce flavor, and the base of my tongue hurt, so I have to go again.
